Accounts Officer / Executive (HQ)
Job description:
- Maintenance of full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL) and bank reconciliation
- Preparation of financial statements (monthly & annual closing, P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Meet deadlines of invoice and cheque issuance
- Attend to enquiries
Requirement:
- LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
- At least 2 years’ experience, without experience welcome as well
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and within tight timeline
- Good work attitude and interpersonal skills

Job description:
- Assist Site Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or feedback received from residents/tenants, booking of estate’s facilities and petty cash management
- Attending to phone and walk-in enquiries

- Clearing of mailboxes and preparation of summary sheet of for HQ

Condominium/Complex Manager (Site)
Job description:
- Fully responsible for the day to day operations of building and the supervision of site staff (if any)
- Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment and facilities
- Ensure all service providers are performing up to the specification of contracts
- Attend to emergency service breakdown
- Attend to enquiries and feedback
- Ensure all contracts, insurance, certificates and licenses are renewed before expiry
- Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and AGMs, including preparation of notices, agenda, documents, as well as recording minutes
- Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents
- Monitor payments and manage recovery of arrears
- Liaise with solicitors on recovering of arrears and other matters
- Preparing of Budget for Management and Sinking Fund
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Property Management preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Conversant with BMSMA
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good work attitude, strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Monitor and ensure any renovation works carried out are approved by Management and as per approved submission
- Report on irregularities
- Update Maintenance Record and file Service Sheets of service providers
- Maintain stock list and log of all maintenance parts, equipment and spare parts
Requirement:
- Strong knowledge and skills in Mechanical and Electrical
- At least 2 years’ experience in Strata Title Environment or MCST Environment
- Able to work independently and possesses good communication skills
